Description

The barn at Lodge Farm is an 18th-century structure that features a thatched roof and a timber frame with brick infill. It is built on a brick plinth and has a roof that is half hipped to the west. The barn has double doors located to the left of center, along with three 20th-century openings to the right, which include a loft door above. There are also three windows present. The north gable end is made of brick with black headers. To the west, there is a long extension that is weatherboarded and thatched, dating from the later 19th century. Inside, the barn has a queen post roof supported by windbraces.
