Description

This milestone, located about 100 yards south of the junction with Church Lane in Old Sodbury, dates from the mid-18th century. It is made of stone and features a semi-circular head. The milestone has incised lettering that reads: "OLD SODBURY TO HYDE PARK CORNER 106 MILES 14 MILES TO BRISTOL," although the lower line is partly eroded.
