Description

Nos 27 and 29 on Church Lane are early to mid-19th century buildings designed in a Tudor-Gothic style. They are constructed from squared, coursed rubble and topped with a slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and feature three windows, which are 2-light casements with stone mullions and dripmoulds above them. There is a large central arched opening for a coach, with a lunette above it. The outer entrances consist of six-panelled doors. These buildings were formerly a coach-house and cottages, possibly associated with Haye's.
