Description

Greenway Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the early to mid-19th century, with later alterations. It features random limestone rubble with stone dressings and a rendered rear wing. The roof is a two-span design covered with concrete tiles, having raised coped verges and gable stacks. The building is arranged in an L-shape and has three storeys with three windows on the front.

On the ground floor, there are two 2-light casements with pilasters and a cornice, along with a central door that has engaged square columns, a cornice, and a panelled glazed door. The first floor includes two outer sashes in plain surrounds with raised aprons, and a central 2-light casement framed by a shouldered architrave with a floating cornice. The second floor has three small 2-light casements situated under the eaves. The building also features a cornice, parapet, and coping, with stepped and ramped curtain walls on each side.

The right side of the building has raised stepped stonework under the verges and a single-storey lean-to on the left. The rear of the farmhouse includes a 2-light casement and a porch with a 20th-century door to the left, along with a small single light above. The rear wing is two storeys high with two windows, all of which are sashes with a wider central pane. This wing is rendered with exposed quoins, a coved cornice, a parapet, and coping. The interior has not been inspected. Greenway Farmhouse was part of the Tracy Park estate and is styled similarly to other buildings in Tracy Park.
