Farmhouse. Early - mid C19 with later alterations. Random limestone rubble with stone dressings, rendered rear wing, 2-span concrete tiled roof with raised coped verges and gable stacks. L-plan. 3 storeys and 3 windows, ground floor has two 2-light casements with pilasters and cornice, central door with engaged square columns, cornice, panelled and glazed door; first floor has 2 outer sashes in plain surrounds with raised aprons, central 2-light casement in shouldered architrave with floating cornice; 2nd floor has 3 small 2-light casements under eaves; cornice, parapet and coping, stepped and ramped curtain wall to each side with coping. Right return has raised stepped stonework under verges, single storey lean-to to left. Rear has 2-light casement and porch with C20 door to left, small single light above; rear wing of 2 storeys and 2 windows, all sashes with wider central pane, rendered with quoins exposed, coved cornice, parapet and coping. Interior: not inspected. Greenway Farmhouse was part of the Tracy Park estate, in similar style to other buildings at Tracy Park (q.v.).
