Description

Evancoyd is a house dating from the late 18th century. It has a rendered exterior and a double roman tile roof. The building is three storeys high and features two windows. The ground and first floors have glazing bar sash windows that are flanked by round-headed shutters, while the second floor has 9-pane sash windows with square shutters. The house also has plain end pilaster strips and is now entered from the north side.
