Description
Lower Woods Lodge is a house dating from around 1700. It has a rendered exterior and a hipped roof made of Cotswold stone slate. The building stands two storeys tall with attics and features four bays, each with cross windows that have lead cames. There is an off-centre plank door to the left, which is situated under a gabled projecting porch. The lodge is likely associated with the Beaufort estate and is designed in a plain Queen Anne style.
