Description

Nos. 19 and 19A on High Street are two houses that were formerly used as a malt house. They date from the 17th century and were altered in the 18th and 19th centuries. The buildings are constructed of coursed rubble and feature a double Roman tiled roof with a coped raised verge at the east end. They are two storeys high and have a cellar.

No. 19A has a single spaired glazing bar sash window and a six-panel door, both set in plain stone surrounds. No. 19 features a paired glazing bar sash window, two mid-19th century four-pane sash windows, and an off-centre 20th-century door.
