Description

This is a barn located 90 yards behind Castle Farmhouse, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble and features a Cotswold stone slate roof with coped raised verges and saddle stones. The barn has opposed lean-to porches and consists of six bays supported by tie and collar beam trusses. To the left of the front porch, there is a lean-to stable and a polygonal horse engine house topped with a conical corrugated iron roof.
