Description

This is an unidentified chest tomb located in the churchyard, 3 metres south of the south aisle of the Church of St. Peter. It is made of freestone and dates from the early to mid-18th century. The tomb features a moulded slab with foliate decoration, pilasters adorned with swags that support a frieze, and raised octagonal panels on the sides. There are armorial bearings at both ends and a moulded base. The inscription on the tomb is no longer legible.
