Description

This barn and granary, located 10 yards to the northwest of Pool Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone slate roof and features a traditional Cotswold design, including a gabled porch at the north end. Inside, the barn has seven bays and a tie-beam roof. At the left end, there is a two-storey store and granary. A datestone marked 1676 is found in the southeast gable, although it is likely an inserted feature from Pool Farmhouse.
