ST 77 SW WICK AND ABSON C.P. BATH ROAD (west side)

8/384 Barn and attached stable about 10 metres north of Greenway Farmhouse G.V. II

Barn and attached stable. Early - mid C19 with later alterations. Coursed rubble with stone dressings, double Roman tiled roofs with raised coped verges and cross finials. Barn and stable form an L-plan range enclosing the farmyard. In similar style to other farm buildings at Tracy Park (q.v.). Single storey stable has opening to eaves height, small window with shutter. Barn attached to left is open at gable end for cart entry, corrugated iron lean-to, no openings to other sides. Interior of barn has 4-bay roof, with principal rafters, one row of purlins and collars.
