Description
This building is a barn and attached stable, located about 10 metres north of Greenway Farmhouse. It dates from the early to mid-19th century and has undergone some later alterations. The structure is made of coursed rubble with stone dressings and features double Roman tiled roofs with raised coped verges and cross finials. The barn and stable are arranged in an L-plan configuration that encloses the farmyard, and they are styled similarly to other farm buildings at Tracy Park.
The single-storey stable has an opening that reaches eaves height and a small window with a shutter. The barn, which is attached to the left, has an open gable end for cart entry and includes a corrugated iron lean-to, with no openings on the other sides. Inside the barn, there is a 4-bay roof supported by principal rafters, one row of purlins, and collars.
