Description
This is a range of stables and byres attached to the west of Greenway Farmhouse, dating from the early to mid-19th century, with later alterations. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with stone dressings and brick, topped with double Roman tiled roofs featuring raised coped verges and cross finials. It is arranged in three ranges that form a U-shape around a farmyard, designed in a style similar to other farm buildings at Tracy Park.
The structure is single-storey. The north range includes a door and two 2-light casements with chamfered mullions that open to eaves height. The central west range features two segmental-headed openings with keystones, one of which is blocked on the left, along with two small 4-pane windows. The south range has three blocked segmental-headed openings, two openings that reach eaves height, and a single-storey flat-roofed 20th-century addition with a door and window, as well as a brick ridge stack and a door in a chamfered surround. The interior has not been inspected.
