Description

No. 9 Castle Street is a mid-19th century terraced house made of coursed, squared rubble with a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features three windows with segmental headed glazing bar sashes. On the ground floor, there are bays with a blocking course above. The central entrance consists of a four-panel door located under a segmental hood supported by brackets. To the left, on a short pillar at the eaves, there is a lion sejant 'erect' presenting an escutcheon. To the right (north), there is a two-storey section with three windows and a wide vehicle opening.
