Description

This milestone, located on the east side of Bristol Road in Heath End, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is made of stone and features a semi-circular head. The inscribed lettering indicates the distance of "V/Miles from/ Wotton," although the name is somewhat defaced.
