Description

This barn, located 10 metres southwest of Perrinpit Farmhouse, dates from around 1700. It is constructed of rubble with a pantile roof and features a hipped design. The barn has various plain openings on the east side, one of which is topped with a vestigial hoodmould. The corner facing the road to the southwest is curved, cut back, and corbelled out to the eaves. This barn is listed as part of the group that contributes to the formal courtyard layout in front of Perrinpit Farmhouse.
