Description
This is an early 18th-century chest tomb located about 4 metres northeast of the chancel of the Church of St. Arilda in Oldbury-upon-Severn. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded edge. The tomb has incised corner pilasters and a cornice, with shields on the east and west sides, and paired shields on the north and south sides, separated by a central plain pilaster and a moulded base. The inscriptions on all sides are illegible.
