Description

This is an early 18th-century chest tomb located about 3 metres northeast of the chancel of the Church of St. Arilda in Oldbury-upon-Severn. It is made of limestone and features a flat top with a moulded edge. The tomb has quarter balusters with fluted bases and plain inscription panels on the east, west, and south sides. The north side has an oval inscription panel surrounded by a scroll design and the heads of two putti. The base is moulded, but the inscriptions are illegible.
