Description

Pound Cottage, located on Badminton Road in Old Sodbury, is a late 17th-century building constructed from rubble with a double Roman tiled roof. The cottage has two storeys and features two windows, which are 2- and 3-light casements with ovolo moulded stone mullions, all set under dripstones with returns. Inside, the cottage retains two chamfered main beams from the same period. To the left of the cottage, there is an extension that has been converted from a barn.
