Description

Old Sodbury House is a building of probable 17th-century origins, remodelled in the late 18th century. The exterior is modern rendered. The roof is covered with ‘tarred’ slate, with double Roman tiles to the rear. The house has two storeys and originally had five windows, with the central window now blocked. There is a two-storey extension to the left with marginal glazing bar sash windows. A projecting porch with a Tuscan column and a pediment forms the entrance. Two-storey gabled extensions have been added to the rear.
