Description

This is a late 17th-century house located on the south side of Underwood Road, Plympton. The house is constructed of painted rubble with a steep asbestos slate roof. It features a large end stack on the left side, a 20th-century stack on the right, and two large rubble lateral stacks to the rear. The building follows a single-depth plan and stands two storeys high, with a two-window front elevation. The left-hand window breaks the eaves, and the ground-floor window on the right is a sash window with glazing bars. A central doorway is accessed via a four-panel door with flush panels. The interior has not been inspected, but may contain original features of interest.
