Villa in planned group of villas. Mid C19. Stucco with stucco detail; dry slate hipped roof with projecting eaves. Double-depth plan, probably with 2 rooms at the front and central entrance hall. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Hornless sashes without glazing bars. Stucco detail includes: channelled rustication to ground floor with rusticated voussoirs to segmental-arched windows; end pilasters and mid-floor band. Central pilastered porch has consoles and moulded hood to doorway and moulded cornice surmounted by a parapet with central turned balustrade; overlight and pair of panelled doors. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: garden walls at either side returned parallel to the front of the house as low coped stuccoed wall to square gate-piers with plinths and squat pyramidal caps.
