Description

This building is a coach house and stables dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble, featuring a painted north front and a pantile roof with a stone coped gable end and a parapet at the rear. The structure has a rectangular plan and is attached to the east side of The Meadows, with its north front facing a small courtyard and backing onto the front garden. The building is two storeys high and has an asymmetrical north front. On the right side, there is a stable doorway with a plank door, while on the left, there are double doors for the coach house. In the centre, there is a small window with a loft window above it, and all ground floor openings are topped with cambered brick arches.
