Description
No. 114 is a house located on the north side of High Street in Yatton, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. The building features a rubble and pebbledashed front with rendered sides, topped by a pantiled roof that has raised coped verges and brick gable stacks. It is two storeys high and has three windows, all of which are sash windows set in plain reveals. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door situated in a round-headed recess, which is adorned with an open pediment supported by brackets. To the right of the main structure, there is a lean-to with a small single light, while to the left, behind a parapet wall, is another lean-to that has a coping ramped down to a lower level, featuring a three-light casement window. The left return of the building includes a door in the lean-to and a two-light casement window at the first floor on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
