Description

Park House is a detached villa dating from the late 1840s. It is constructed of ashlar, with channelled end piers. The building has three storeys and three windows. The windows are sash windows; on the first floor, the central window is a pair, and the outer windows are tripartite with arched lights over the lower sashes. Pilasters and a cornice feature at ground floor level. A central doorpiece has a segmental pediment. The roof is concealed.
