Description

Villa Rosa Bridge is a late 1850s ornamental footbridge that features an elliptical arch and spans Shrubbery Road. Constructed of rubble, it has a freestone balustrade and alternating rubble and ashlar voussoirs. The bridge was built to reconnect the parts of the Villa Rosa gardens that were divided by the construction of Shrubbery Road.
