Description

The Tower, including boundary walls and piers, is a mid-19th century structure that originally served as a water tower for Villa Rosa and its estate. It is built from random sandstone rubble with freestone dressings. The tower is octagonal and has three stages, topped with a castellated parapet featuring blind cross loops and two-light windows set in pointed niches. Animal heads are positioned at the corners of the tower. There is a blocked doorway that leads into an annexe.
