Description

Hope Farmhouse is a late 18th or early 19th century farmhouse. It is constructed from rendered rubble with a pantile roof and freestone dressings. The building has raised coped verges and a plain coped parapet. The farmhouse is two storeys high with three windows, all of which are glazing bar sashes. The central entrance features a 6-panel door set within a freestone frame topped by a pediment supported on fluted brackets, all sheltered by a latticework gabled porch. A large rear extension is present, extending under a catslide roof.
