Description
Yew Tree House is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the south side of Ham Lane in Kingston Seymour. The building is constructed of rendered rubble and features a slate roof with pantiles. It has two storeys and three windows, all of which are 16-light glazing bar sashes. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, with the bottom two panels fluted and the top two glazed, and is sheltered by a hipped porch with trellis work and a pointed opening. To the right, there is a single-storey lean-to extension that has a similar window and pantiles. Additionally, there is a later parallel range and an extensive gabled extension, both covered with pantiles and featuring various 20th-century casements.
