Description
Christ Church is a church built between 1854 and 1855 in the Perpendicular style, designed by Manners and Gill of Bath. The church was enlarged in 1878 by Hans Price. It features a five-bay aisled nave, with non-projecting north and south transepts. The west tower has three stages, marked by set-offs, topped with a broached spire that incorporates lucarnes. A south porch is constructed with snecked rubble and Bath stone dressings. The roof is covered with modern tiles.
