Park View is an early 19th-century house located on the north-west side of Long Ashton Road in Long Ashton. It is a three-storey, three-bay building with rendered walls and a pantile roof featuring coped raised verges. The house has 16-pane sash windows. The central entrance features a six-panel door sheltered by a flat hood.
