Description

The west wall of the Chapter House range at Woodspring Priory is a Grade I listed structure dating from the 15th century and earlier, with restoration work carried out in the 19th century. This wall is constructed of coursed rubble with freestone dressings and stands 10 feet high. It features remnants of doorways leading to the chapter house and parlour. The doorway to the chapter house is topped with a reset cusped head, while a blank doorway to the parlour can be seen to the east.
