Description

3, The Beach is possibly an early 19th century building that has been altered later. It is two storeys tall and has a cement-rendered exterior. The double slate roofs are separated by a valley and feature a pair of gables that face the street. The building has plain wooden bargeboards and two broad pilasters that extend up into the gables. There are two windows with plain reveals set into the pilasters, featuring sashes with thin close-set glazing bars. A half-glazed modern door is located under a glazed porch. This building is included for its group value with nearby properties. Nos 2 to 10 (consecutive) and No 13 form a group together with Nos 11 and 12, which are of local interest.
