This is an 18th-century cottage located in Pentridge. It is constructed of colourwashed flint with brick dressings, and has a thatched roof. The cottage is arranged in an L-shape and has one and a half storeys, featuring a single window range. A gable faces the road. The windows are 2-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. There is a part-glazed plank door set within a tiled porch. Various 20th-century extensions are present, but are not considered to be of special architectural or historical interest.
