Description
Fiddleford Inn is an early 19th-century inn located in Okeford Fitzpaine. The building is constructed of ashlar stone and features a slate roof with gable ends, along with brick stacks positioned at various points along the ridge. It has an L-shaped plan and stands two storeys tall with a six-window range. The three left bays contain sash windows with glazing bars on both storeys, with the central window replacing a former doorway. To the right, there is a carriageway that has been infilled in the 20th century. Above the carriageway, there is a bulls-eye window and a small single light casement. The remaining windows are 19th-century four-pane sashes.
