Description

Fiddleford Mill is a watermill that likely dates from the 18th century. It features rubble walls with ashlar quoins and a tiled roof with stone slate verges and gable ends. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has blocked openings that are topped with segmental brick arches. A central plank door is present, and to the right of this door is a reset black letter inscription dating from 1566. The mill also includes ashlar sluices and contains some machinery.
