Description

Ham Gate Farmhouse is a 17th-century cottage constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof featuring gable ends and brick end stacks. To the right, there is possibly a later extension. The building is single storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there are two 3-light wooden casements with glazing bars, which flank a porch that is likely from the 19th century. Above, there are two wooden dormers, each with 3-light wooden casements that have horizontal glazing bars. The roof timbers are reported to be modern.
