Description
Cats Eye Cottage is a detached cottage dated 1710, as indicated by a plaque on the front. The cottage features plastered cob walls and a thatched roof with brick end stacks. It has two storeys, with a stable door located under an open timber thatched porch. The ground floor includes four casement windows, each with a central horizontal glazing bar. On the first floor, there are three casements, two of which have similar glazing, while one retains remnants of lead lights. At the rear, there is a small outbuilding that is now linked to the main house; this outbuilding has cob walls resting on a stone base and a hipped thatched roof.
