Description
The former dairy house at Wilkswood Farm, located immediately south of the former farmhouse, dates from the late 17th century and is now in a ruinous state. It is positioned parallel to the main house, similar to Knaveswell Farm. The building features rubble stone walls, and while it originally had a stone-slated roof, this has been stripped and the timbers are significantly decayed. It has a stone end stack and consists of one storey with an attic. There are two door openings and a slatted window. At the west end, it is linked to the house by a high stone wall. Despite its condition, it is included for group value and is a National Trust property.
