Detached farmhouse. C18, enlarged in Cl9. Brick walls, C20 tiled roof - replacing thatch; brick stacks. Irregular plan. 2 storeys. Entrance range has brick porch with slate gabled roof. Ground and first floors each have 2 casement windows with horizontal glazing bars. Projecting range south-east of this has, on ground floor, 2 double-hung sash windows with vertical glazing bars, under segmental arches. First floor has 2 similar windows, and one casement window. Attached single-storey outbuilding on north-west has brick walls and hipped tiled roof. RCHM Monument 44.
