Description
The Wallis Monument is a table tomb located 9 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St Michael in Ower Moigne. It dates from the 17th century and is made of stone, featuring plain stone sides and ends. The monument has a moulded plinth and a cyma-moulded cornice topped with a flat block. On the south side, there is a capital letter inscription commemorating William Wallis, who died on 21st March 1625, among other details.
