Description

The premises of Messrs J W Wells, likely dating from the 18th century or possibly earlier, are constructed from colourwashed rubble and feature a pitched tile roof with stone slates above the eaves. There are brick stacks present. Originally L-shaped, only the north-south range remains today. The building is one storey high with attics. The ground floor has modern openings, while each side of the building has one attic dormer. These dormers have hipped tile roofs, tile-hung cheeks, and casements with glazing bars.
