Description

Number 54 on West Street is an 18th-century building featuring roughcast exterior walls and a pitched slate roof with a red brick chimney. It has two storeys and includes two ranges of flush-framed cased sash windows. There is also a 19th-century oblong bay window with a moulded cornice. The entrance door has four flush panels and is set within a surround that has four lozenges in the frieze, topped with a moulded cornice. This building is part of a group with numbers 46 to 56 on the same side of the street.
