Description

No 56 on West Street is an 18th-century building constructed of chequer brick with a pitched tile roof and a chequer brick stack. It stands two storeys high and features a brick modillion eaves cornice. The building has two ranges of windows, with casements on the first floor and Yorkshire casements with glazing bars on the ground floor. It also displays a badge of the Lord of the Manor.
