Description

These are a row of three buildings dated 1615, located on Salisbury Street. They have 19th-century frontages, arranged as two storeys with two windows each. Number 32 is slightly set back behind the other two, but has a wider, slightly lower front, and a more steeply pitched roof. The buildings have tiled roofs (on numbers 28 and 30) and a slate roof (on number 32). The fronts are stuccoed. The windows lack glazing bars, with plate glass shop windows to the left and right of number 28, to the left of number 30, and a modern plate glass shop front extending across nearly the whole width of the ground floor of number 32. Number 30 has a four-panelled door within a frame; the top panels have been cut away and replaced with glazing. Number 32 also has a wooden boarded door positioned at the right-hand end. Numbers 28 to 46 (even) form a group.
