Description

These are a pair of small 19th-century houses, located on the north-east side of Salisbury Street. They have ashlar-faced fronts and are two storeys high with three windows each. The roofs are slate and gabled, with a common brick stack and a smaller stack at the left-hand end. The outer windows are four panes wide, while the central windows are three panes wide; all are topped with dripstones. A central doorway is also surmounted by a dripstone. Plate glass shop fronts have been inserted into number 4 on both the left and right and into number 6 on the right.
