Description
Digby Estate No 86 and Digby Estate No 87, also known as Sunny Cottage, is a pair of houses dating from 1625. They feature 19th-century fronts and are two stories high with two window bays and a central doorway for each house. The roofs are slate with a gabled design, having a red tile ridge, stone slates towards the verge, and stone coping with kneelers. The front is made of stone rubble. Each house has small two-light segmental headed casement windows and segmental headed doorways, which have ledged doors set in frames. Digby Estate Nos 85 to 88, along with Keld and Homestead, form a group.
