Description

Pinehurst is an 18th century building, or potentially earlier, that has been altered over time. It is a two-storey, two-window building with a roughcast front. The roof is slate and gabled, with a capped parapet, and there are quoined pilasters. The windows are 3-light casements with small panes, each featuring keystones. A later splayed bay window has been added to the left-hand side of the ground floor. The doorway has a frame and a plain door reveal. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings on both the north and south sides of Greenhill, stretching from Newell Cottage to Belmont, and from Delta to the premises occupied by Godden and Curtis.
