Description

Quadring is a two-storey, two-window building dating from around 1625, with 19th-century details and potentially an earlier core. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a plaintile roof covered with stone slates at the eaves. The front features Georgian sash windows with small panes. A central round-headed doorway has a six-panelled door; the top two panels are cut away and glazed, and there is a blank tympanum above. The building forms part of a group of listed buildings on both the North and South sides of Greenhill, extending from Newell Cottage to Belmont on the north side and from Delta to the premises occupied by Godden and Curtis on the south side.
