Description

9 East Borough is a late 18th to early 19th century building with rendered walls, a slate roof, and brick stacks. It features a moulded eaves cornice and stands two storeys tall. The main facade is divided into three bays by rendered pilasters. The ground floor has a central doorway with a classical surround, a pedimented hood supported by console brackets, and an ornamental fanlight. There are also two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on this level. The first floor has three similar windows.
