Description

12 King Street is a late 18th to early 19th century building. It is constructed of brick with a tiled roof and brick stacks featuring moulded caps. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade. The ground floor includes a ledged door with glazed upper panels, topped by a pedimented hood supported on console brackets. There are two casement windows with glazing bars and shutters on the ground floor. The first floor has two similar windows, without shutters, and one central blocked window. A brick lean-to with a tiled roof is attached to the west end of the building.
